  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exclusions:

  • Refunds are not applicable if the purchase was made more than 7 days ago.

  • Refunds are not applicable on special events, offline programs, or where explicitly mentioned otherwise.

  • This refund policy excludes all webinars.
